I took a bus of seniors to Grand Coulee Dam Casino today 9/21/2017 and two of my resident had to wait over an hour to get there food at the new restaurant, they got up and left even after they where told there food was coming right up, they still waited another 20 mins and still no food. I Janet Gonzales ordered a Hamburger and waited 30 mins for mine and i cut the Hamburger in half and it was raw, so i told the cashier that i was not going to pay for something that was not cooked and i left the restaurant. poor serve all through the restaurant
Small casino,only penny machines,I was there for 4.5 hrs.& Didn't hear one person say or scream JACKPOT.SO payout is low the casino is not visible very well.The employees were nice though & for it being so little there were tons of employees working
The Spillway Bar and Grill was AMAZING!! Edward took fantastic care of us and was really friendly. The food was incredible. We had the lunch menu burger, club sandwich and fettuccini! Thanks for a great afternoon! Kid friendly too!!!!!
Kaitlyn (my server) was awesome! The coffee is terrible and my over easy eggs were over hard... the second attempt brought a broken yoke and an over easy egg.
Fun..good people..great food and drinks.
